Experienced Project Management for a smooth transition to your new ERP software

Our project management processes have been developed over many years, based originally on Prince2 - adapting to the size and type of project.

We will install your software and configure it to ensure it works the way you need it to and we will continually check and test this with you.

When migrating your data from your old software(s) we will work with you to agree the best plan and how much of your data you want to bring across. It is important that you don't make your legacy data force you into making configuration decisions that aren't quite right. We can help re-map and cleanse the data with you so that you really do get what you need.

Training can be done as best works for you. It might be on a train the trainer basis, or it may be that we spend a couple of hours with each department each day so that their day to day work is not impacted.

Whatever decisions we make together, we have done many hundreds of implementations so we really do know what we are doing.

Our support team also work on implementation so they know the software and more importantly they will know how it has been configured for your business.

We have both accounting and technical specialists on the team so all types of call are handled and answered promptly.

We use Greentree Service for our call logging process - clients can choose the way that suits them to raise a call - by email, by logging a call online, or simply by picking up the phone. All calls are logged and tracked and if it cannot be resolved immediately, you will be kept up to date until it is sorted.

All of our support team have access to TeamViewer software so can log on remotely to help or advise.

Complete Consultancy

We offer consultancy services for Greentree which include process reviews, report and document design, and integration with other software.

You may want to review additional Greentree modules or you may have a process that you now feel needs to be changed and adapted - we can help.

We also provide full consultancy services for Access Dimensions, having worked with Access software since 1991.

Amethyst have also been called upon to act as an Expert Witness in a fraud trial, offering forensic help on data that had been changed, identifying how and by whom.

We are a Value Added Developer for Greentree which means we have access to full source code and so can make changes or add in enhancements so that the software matches your needs exactly.
