When migrating your data from your old software(s) we will work with you to agree the best plan and how much of your data you want to bring across. It is important that you don't make your legacy data force you into making configuration decisions that aren't quite right. Training can be done as best works for you. It might be on a train the trainer basis, or it may be that we spend a couple of hours with each department each day so that their day to day work is not impacted.

We use Greentree Service for our call logging process - clients can choose the way that suits them to raise a call - by email, by logging a call online, or simply by picking up the phone. All calls are logged and tracked and if it cannot be resolved immediately, you will be kept up to date until it is sorted.
All of our support team have access to TeamViewer software so can log on remotely to help or advise.
