We pride ourselves on our high service levels and our dedicated support department is committed to responding promptly to both complex and simple queries.
 
Once your system is in place and your colleagues are trained you will naturally want a high level of service via the support you receive. We pride ourselves on our level of service and the department is committed to responding promptly to both complex and simple queries. We offer expertise in the software, on technical issues and also importantly on accountancy issues.
 
Our dedicated support team is available between 9:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas). Telephone support is provided to trained users who need help with the detailed workings, features and functionality of the software. New users will not be trained over the telephone and will be referred to our training department. You can contact us by telephone, fax or email and we will do everything possible to resolve your query promptly and accurately.

There is also a secure area of this site where supported users can gain access to our support tools, documents and downloads.
 
We can help you set up an ISDN or VPN connection between your system and our support desk for remote support. This allows us, with your permission, to access your system directly and resolve support issues for you in the shortest time possible.
