Amethyst Associates place great emphasis on pre-sales consultancy, so when the system goes live we are confident that most major areas will have been addressed.

When you are entirely happy that all the designated criteria has been met, that any customisation has been done and any existing data has been ported, the system is ready to ‘go live’. This will involve on-site handholding support from Amethyst as we appreciate their may be initial anxieties and teething problems.
