Once your project has gone live, help is only ever a phone call or email away. We use a state of the art call logging and tracking system which has been developed specifically for Amethyst with input from all the support staff. 

However you won’t find any unnecessary paperwork or red tape in our dealings with you. We want you to feel as though you are our only client, in all ways, so you won’t be asked for a support reference when you contact us, nor will we bombard you with call references (although our support log does give all this and more if you want).
